    Mark embodies the philosophy of "Carpe Diem," a value he imparts sincerely and passionately in both his personal and professional life. As Co-Founder of Threefold, Mark, and his business partner Charlie Meyer, act as stewards to a growing portfolio of specialty contracting companies with a unique focus on people over profits.

As Co-Founder of Threefold, Charlie builds trusted partnerships with the operational leaders of each partner brand, proving, along with his business partner Mark Riggle, that investing in people grows sustainable, impactful businesses.

    CHIEF OF STAFF

    Anne provides key communication, coordination and implementation across all of the firm’s business functions and to its portfolio companies. With an ability to drive alignment and clarity, Anne utilizes data analytics, financial analysis, creative presentation, and strategic planning to shepherd Threefold’s vision and purpose.

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Working closely with each brand to develop sound business and accounting policies, Krista has been integral in developing and strengthening banking relationships, assisting with risk management and supporting our partners and accounting staff with financial matters. She also supports health insurance and 401k management.

    CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER

    Gretchen brings 30 years of leadership, management, and learning and development experience across the technology, financial services, and retail industries to Threefold as Chief Learning Officer. In this role, Gretchen is primarily responsible for cultivating Threefold’s talent-ready strategy, aligned with portfolio brand growth.

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE COACH

    Dr. Overmyer specializes in equipping executive teams with leadership behaviors and best practices. Those behaviors include helping team members understand each other’s differences, priorities, and work styles. He also instructs teams to meet frequently for strategic thinking, as well as ongoing, monthly executive education.

    Using his 30+ years of experience helping organizations tackle social challenges, Don specializes in the intersection of faith-motivated impact investing and market-based solutions. As Chief Impact Officer, Don supports our portfolio brands to use our time, talent and treasure to build a more inclusive and sustainable world.

    Mike is a twenty-year veteran in the talent, training, coaching and leadership development space. As a successful multi-time entrepreneur, Mike helps guide Threefold’s growth strategy in mergers & acquisitions and partner development as well as providing high-level executive council to Threefold and the portfolio brands.

As Chief Human Resource Officer at Threefold, Chris is recognized for her ability to inspire individuals and teams, drive strategic growth, creatively problem solve and foster change among our portfolio brands.

    CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

    Aaron works on a wide range of projects as a strategic advisor and legal counselor. He acts as a gatekeeper with varying legal opportunities and needs, identifying issues, analyzing risk and reward, and developing strategic alternatives. When necessary, he connects clients with specialists to deal with discrete areas of the law.
