    Mark turns strategy into durable results through operational discipline and financial stewardship. He's a discerning people-builder, quick to recognize strengths in others and maximize them in ways that help teams flourish. Mark leads our business partners, who serve as operational leaders across the portfolio brands, and oversees Finance, HR, Legal, and Executive Coaching at the Threefold level. His leadership is grounded in hands-on experience, having served as president of several portfolio companies before moving into his portfolio-wide role.

    Charlie advances Threefold's long-term direction by identifying capability gaps across the portfolio and building what's needed for lasting success. He's a visionary and problem-solver who innovates to remove barriers while keeping intrinsic impact at the center of everything we do. At the Threefold level, Charlie leads Impact, Go-To-Market, and Leadership Development. He previously served as president of three portfolio brands before stepping into his role helping build Threefold as a permanent equity company committed to lasting good through business.

    Marcus brings decades of proven, values-driven leadership to every brand and team Threefold serves. He is a people-first operator who moves fluidly between strategy and execution, stepping into portfolio brands to build capability, solve problems, and drive results from the inside. At the Threefold level, Marcus works alongside the Co-Founders to strengthen operations and advance the mission across the portfolio. He previously served as co-owner and president of a Threefold brand before stepping into this portfolio-wide role.

    Anne advances Threefold's mission by bringing the full weight of a seasoned operator to the work of making leadership teams exceptional. She is a proven businessperson who has been a founder, a finance leader, and an Executive Vice President, giving her the rare ability to engage with authority across every function she touches. Anne partners with the Co-Founders, across the Threefold executive team and portfolio brands to align priorities, strengthen communication, and drive the operating rhythm.

    Leveraging his 30+ years of experience at the intersection of faith-motivated impact investing and market-based solutions, Don ensures every portfolio decision is measured against its impact on people, community, and the world. He is a bridge-builder who helps organizations deploy their time, talent, and treasure for lasting good. At the Threefold level, Don supports our portfolio brands in building businesses that create value far beyond the bottom line. He has dedicated his career to proving that doing good and doing well are not in conflict.

    CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

    Christy advances Threefold's growth by identifying and stewarding the acquisition opportunities that make permanent equity possible. She is a financial strategist and relationship builder who brings both owner empathy and rigorous financial discipline to every conversation. At the Threefold level, Christy leads development, M&A, and business advisory services across the portfolio. She previously founded and built Christy Paddock Advisors into a respected fractional CFO and business advisory firm before joining Threefold.

    With more than 30 years of hands-on executive leadership, Craig brings a proven track record of building, growing, and scaling B2B technology and SaaS companies to Threefold's portfolio brands. He is a marketing, strategy, and revenue growth specialist who has navigated complex solution selling challenges across some of the most competitive markets in the country. At the Threefold level, Craig leads go-to-market strategy and revenue development across the portfolio. He has spent his career helping companies with aggressive growth goals find and capture their full potential.

    Gretchen brings 30 years of leadership, management, and learning and development experience across technology, financial services, and retail industries to her role as Chief Learning Officer. She is a strategic and deeply people-oriented leader who understands how to build the talent infrastructure that allows organizations to grow from the inside out. At the Threefold level, Gretchen is primarily responsible for cultivating Threefold's talent-ready strategy, aligned with portfolio brand growth. She pairs strategic vision with a genuine understanding of how people develop and perform at their best.

At the Threefold level, Aaron provides counsel across transactions, partnerships, and operational legal matters for the portfolio.
